  We went through the drive thru around 8:30pm and just ordered 6 pieces of chicken.
  
  We arrived at the speaker and the woman greeted us with
  
  "Hi can I take your order?"
  
  I ordered our 6 pieces of chicken to which she replied she couldn't hear me so I repeated it louder, she then told me to drive to the window without any manners or even giving me my total.
  
  There was one car ahead of us and we were waiting about 2 minutes. We pull up to the window and she tells me my total to which I ask again because I could not hear her, she repeats it and I give her my money. Again with no please, thank you's or any form of communication she hands me my change and then my order to which I reply thank you and then she doesn't acknowledge me and closes the window so I look at my passenger and mention something about customer service and we drive home.
  
  Horrible customer service and communication skills sadly.
